 Headlines saying your favorite store/website has been hacked and experienced a security breach appear more and more frequently these days. Knowing how to protect yourself and your family from ID theft is crucial information. By the end of this workshop, participants should be able to guard against identity theft, scams, and frauds. They will learn what ID theft is, how it happens, ways to reduce the risk of ID theft, recognize scams, and steps to take if they are a victim of ID theft. This presentation will help you see there are a number of helpful resources available that can protect yourself and your family from identity theft. Registration required.
