Taiji (Tai Chi) - Level 1

Join us for Taiji Level 1, a slow, gentle paced class, focused on healing exercises. Led by Alessia Barbieri de Pierini, a certified instructor of American Tai Chi, this class is excellent for people with all levels of ability, including by people with limited mobility. Please wear soft soled shoes and loose comfortable clothing. Due to the popularity of the class, registration is required. Please note: Participants may register for only one Tai Chi class per week: Level 1 or Level 2. Please be considerate of fellow participants by arriving on time. Once the class has begun, no more attendees will be admitted.

Please wear soft soled shoes and loose comfortable clothing. Due to the popularity of the class, registration is required. Baby Storytime (Birth to 24 months)

A storytime experience for our youngest library users and their caregivers. These 20-30 minute storytimes introduce a diverse collection of books, songs, rhymes and bounces developmentally appropriate for children from birth to when they start walking. This is a wonderful way to introduce your child to the joys and culture of reading in a positive and fun atmosphere. This story time is designed so the baby will be in their caregiver\'s lap and the grownup is actively involved in the program. Space is limited. Free tickets will be handed out 15 minutes prior to the program.
