Baby Storytime (birth to 18 months)

For ages birth to 18 months, but all ages welcome! A storytime experience for our youngest library users and their caregivers. These 20-30 minute storytimes introduce a diverse collection of books, songs, rhymes and bounces developmentally appropriate for children from birth to when they start walking. This is a wonderful way to introduce your child to the joys and culture of reading in a positive and fun atmosphere. This story time is designed so the baby will be in their caregiverís lap and the grownup is actively involved in the program.

In class you\'ll learn how to introduce yourself, how to spell your name, and many more aspects of this beautiful language. Sign up for a series of six classes, starting Nov. 7 and ending Dec. 12. Classes are taught by experienced sign language interpreter Rachel Kuch.

Bone Builders Class For Seniors Ages 55+

Bone Builders is an enjoyable, evidence-based bone building and fall prevention program sponsored by Montgomery County\'s Department of Health and Human Services; the Recreation Department; and the Volunteer Center.
