 Join us for Qigong, a Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that can improve one's health by focusing on movement and breathing technique. This is a very gentle and relaxing class is designed to reduce stress and improve concentration while promoting a feeling of well-being. This class will be led by Alessia Barbieri de Pierini, a certified instructor of American Tai Chi. Please wear soft soled shoes and loose comfortable clothing. Please be considerate of fellow participants by arriving on time. Once the class has begun, no more attendees will be admitted. Registration is required.
