Library staffer and certified fitness instructor Connie McConnell will demonstrate Barre exercises. Barre is based on the principles of dance, yoga and Pilates, consisting of workouts that strengthen and lengthen muscles, especially the legs. This session will take students through the exercises commonly found in Barre classes. Comfortable clothes are recommended, an exercise mat is optional. Adults only, registration required.
