Ages birth - 5th. Youth Services Winter Reading, “Catch a Dragon by the Tale,” begins Monday, Jan. 5 and continues through Saturday, Feb. 28! This is your opportunity to encourage children ages birth through grade 5 to make reading a daily habit-read 15 minutes a day for 21 days.
