Certified fitness instructor Connie McConnell will demonstrate the
ins and outs of the Pilates Method. This is an introductory course for
anyone interested in trying out this unique exercise program. Connie
will give a brief talk on the history of Pilates and how the method
works, then lead the class in a demonstration. Participants should
bring a mat or towel and wear comfortable clothes. Adults only,
registration required.
