Description:
 Mr. Al Cornell, who was recently featured in an issue of “Arizona Highways,” will be speaking on the topic of ”Prehistoric Fire-Making Techniques.” Mr. Cornell is a recognized expert in primitive skills and survival-related training. He has a special expertise in ancient fire technologies. He is also an active volunteer in Yavapai County’s Search and Rescue (SAR) unit. Since joining that team in 1995, Mr. Cornell has been on more than 250 search missions and has conducted more than 100 training sessions. He did two tours in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot and has also served as a military attache in Central America.
