The benefits of meditation are well known and scientifically proven. In addition to reducing stress, meditation improves health, self-esteem, mental focus, and social relationships.
This 1 and a half-hour workshop is designed to help reduce stress and improve balance in all aspects of life through meditation. Presenters will provide an overview to the benefits of meditation, teach simple meditation techniques, explain how meditation works to reduce stress, and provide guidance and resources for continued practice.
The Realize America Project is a non-profit initiative of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Meditation classes are completely free of charge, and are managed and coordinated by an international team of expert instructors who explain the process of realization.
