In recognition of Dia de los Muertos, students in Poway High School's AP Spanish Language and Culture class were assigned to select a member of their family or a notable Spanish speaker and create an altar in celebration of their life. The altars - which feature items that represent the person's life and accomplishments -- will be on display in the teen area through December 20.
