Yang Style Tai Chi is a life long exercise, sometimes called “meditation in motion”. The class will include energy exercises, drills and basic movements. Its many health benefits include: reducing stress, improving balance, flexibility and mobility, enhancing the immune and lymphatic systems, strengthening the muscular and cardiovascular systems, and may reduce high blood pressure. The class will be taught by Cielo Demisch, a long time practitioner of various forms of Tai Chi.Library: Poway
All fitness classes at the Poway Library are free and open to the public and require no registration on a first come, first served basis. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes and bring adequate hydration. Participation is voluntary and you will be asked to sign a liability waiver at your first class.
