Description:
 Hoop fitness is a low-to-no-impact aerobic exercise that works the whole body and strengthens the core. It's fun way to burn calories and be fit. Class taught by Julie Clemmons.

All fitness classes at the Poway Library are free and open to the public and require no registration on a first come, first served basis. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes and bring adequate hydration. Participation is voluntary and you will be asked to sign a liability waiver at your first class.
