 Presented by Anjali Ghanekar, PhD. With her passion for the holistic “Yoga-Way-of-Life,” Anjali has been practicing and instructing others on how to live a conscious, wholesome life through the cultivation of a healthy body, mind, and spirit. This class is offered for people with any level of experience, and focuses on breath and movement to release stress. Please bring your own yoga mat. Class normally takes place on the 3rd Thursday of the month but has been scheduled for an earlier date in February 2019.
