 Yang Style Tai Chi is a life long exercise, sometimes called “meditation in motion”. The class will include energy exercises, drills and basic movements. It will focus on balance, flow, relaxation, memory, and the breath. The gentle flow and movement of Tai Chi engages the mind, body and spirit. Its many health benefits includes: reducing stress, improving balance, flexibility and mobility, enhancing the immune and lymphatic systems, strengthening the muscular and cardiovascular systems, and may reduce high blood pressure. The class will be taught by Cielo Demisch, a long time practitioner of various forms of Tai Chi.
