 One hour of gentle Hatha yoga, for health and relaxation, with Helena Bray. Please bring your own yoga mat. Class usually takes place on 2nd Thursday but schedule is subject to change.

All fitness classes at the Poway Library are free and open to the public and require no registration on a first come, first served basis. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes and bring adequate hydration. Participation is voluntary and you will be asked to sign a liability waiver at your first class.
