Yang Style Tai Chi is a life long exercise, sometimes called “meditation in motion”. The class will include energy exercises, drills and basic movements. The class will be taught by Cielo Demisch, a long time practitioner of various forms of Tai Chi. No class meetings on March 23 or May 25, 2020.Library: Poway
All fitness classes at the Poway Library are free and open to the public and require no registration on a first come, first served basis. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes and bring adequate hydration. Participation is voluntary and you will be asked to sign a liability waiver at your first class.
