Some say it symbolized an era with bowls filled with dye, boxes of rubber bands and a stark white tee- shirt, but whatever it evokes, whether the 60’s & 70’s or just plain fun, groovy artists of all ages will learn to tie-dye their very own Flower Power t-shirt with plenty of help from the teen friendly staff at the Quincy Public Library. Teens will have plenty of time left to sport their creation at the Hippie Halloween Happening Dance on Friday night, October 26th. Please allow about an hour for the project and please bring a clean, white tee-shirt. All dyes, rubber bands and other supplies will be provided. So be sure to join us for this nifty old take on some new rags!
