Event Details

Join Marybeth Housner, certified personal trainer and fitness instructor for a one hour fitness class to improve overall fitness. Participants will start with a cardio/dance segment to improve heart health followed by a strength training segment using your own body weight to increase muscle mass then ending with yoga/stretch to improve flexibility.
