AARP volunteers will be available to assist with the preparation of taxes for those with middle and low incomes, with special attention given to those aged 60 and older beginning every hour at 10:30am with the last appointment at 2:30pm. Appointments usually last about one hour. Assistance is limited to simple tax returns only; more complex returns will be referred to a professional tax preparer. Sign-up is required prior to receiving assistance. This is a free service sponsored by AARP and the Novi Public Library.
