Meditación en Español/Spanish Language Meditation
7/18/2018
7:00 PM

Our group is interested in promoting mindfulness practices to native Spanish speakers. These mindfulness practices are the bedrock of being fully aware of the present moment. The practices go beyond sitting meditation, to daily awareness of every action we do. In our deepening of awareness, we are able to be more present and compassionate for others.

This program is in Study Room 3-01.

Spanish Language Meditation meets first and third Wednesdays of every month.
