Come and join us for an intriguing evening with St. Croix’s award-winning Artist & Author, Roy Lawaetz. Born in Frederiksted town in 1942, he travels globally exhibiting his Modular Triangular System of art he invented. He also wrote a book about his MTS art theory. Roy is best known for these Caribbean inspired works and also for his digital iPad paintings on Facebook. His latest award is the Leonardo Da Vinci, 2nd. International Prize 2018. Now more than just colors and shapes in his art, Roy in a true story book about his art studio and career, goes beyond exhibitions and reveals personal challenges.

In his non-fiction book, Gremlins of Drafting, he reads and chats of his Danish Virgin Islands’ heritage. Be mesmerized by his compelling story of his family, Island values, and an estate planning attorney who comes between him, his family and the justice system. Gremlins of Drafting is definitely the book to help readers become aware of inheritance challenges.

Books will be available after the discussion for those interested in purchasing a copy. The event is free and open to the public; all welcome!
