 Come join us for a deep and restorative four week yoga series. No prior yoga experience is necessary. This is a one hour class that will focus on breathing and body movements that will allow us to relax, rejuvenate and connect with our breath. Please bring your own mat and any other yoga props you may need. Adults only.
