Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for African Americans namely due to diseases of the heart, stroke, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, and congenital cardiovascular defects.

This three session program will cover the following topics
May 8 Heart Health Facts & Overviews
May 15 How to Prevent Hypertension
May 22 Medications Complications & Goal settings

Health assessments will be available as part of the program.
