Juan Cayrampoma is an Andean musician from Peru currently living in the Washington Metropolitan Area. His experience with the traditional ethnic music from the Andes started at a young age, participating in main folk traditional events in the deepest highlands of Peru. Juan's music brings the haunting sounds and mystic power from the Andes to the rest of the Americas and the world, using traditional instruments such as zamponas, moscenos, quenas and tarkas.Library: Silver Spring Map
