Program Information
If you are a student entering grades 6-12 next fall, you are invited to join the ACUITY Cool Picks Summer Reading Program @ Mead Public Library. It’s 100 percent free! All you need to do is read. The more you read, the more chances you’ll have to win one of our great prizes.

You must have a library card to join. Sign up or renew your card at any service desk @ the library. The first 100 teens to visit the library after 3pm on Monday May 15 will get a $10 gift certificate from Book World!

Once you have read a book, log on to your Cool Picks page and fill out a report form with a few sentences about the book. It’s that simple. Every report you turn in gets your name put into the prize drawing of your choice. Prizes include gift cards and books! Last day to turn in reports is September 5.

Want a chance to win one of our Grand Prizes? For every three reports you turn in, your name is entered to win the Grand Prize you selected at registration. Turn in 30 books over the course of the summer to have your name entered 10 times! Grand Prizes include an Xbox One with Minecraft for Xbox One, a brand new bike, a Kindle Fire HD8, a ROKU TV HD SmartTV, or a $150 Blue Harbor Gift Card.
