 Back by popular demand! Huma Siddiqui of White Jasmine will be here to demonstrate how to use spices in everyday cooking for easy, healthy meals. In this fun, interactive class you will learn how to make the following dishes:

Class one menu: Vegetarian

Tandoori Squash - Butternut squash cooked with White Jasmine Tandoori Masala and Coconut milk

Cholay - Garbanzo beans in a spicy tomato sauce with whole and ground cumin and cilantro

Raita- yogurt sauce on the side with cumin, chili powder and English cucumber

Class two menu: Fish stew

Cod cooked on a bed of red peppers, green onions, cilantro, garlic and coconut milk served with Basmati rice with whole spices and green peas

Class three menu: Chili - White jasmine style

Chili with ground beef, fire roasted tomatoes, White Jasmine Sajji Masala topped with White Jasmine cilantro gouda. Served with crusty bread.
