Description:
 This session will cover the basics of setting up and deploying Room Reserve for your library or organization. The emphasis is on those areas that are most important for getting the system up and running right away. The session is intended for staff who will be configuring and maintaining the system (Administrators).

Prior to the session attendees will have at least reviewed the quick start guide and templates, and preferably the user manual.

The session will utilize the GoTo Meeting web conference software so you'll need a computer with an internet connection, and a phone. If you want a group to attend you'll need to add to that a projector and a good speaker phone. Any new or existing customer is welcome to sign up however priority will be given to customers who have not yet received this training.
