This Webinar will cover the advanced feature of enabling Unmediated Booking Options for rooms such as Study Rooms at your library or organization. Prior to the session attendees will have either attended the Room Reserve Basic Config & Setup session or have their system up and operational.

This is an advanced session designed for our existing customers and is for Administrators who will be configuring the rooms.

The session will utilize GoTo Meeting web conference software so you'll need a computer with an internet connection and a phone. If you want a group to attend you'll need to add to that a projector and a good speaker phone. Any new or existing customer is welcome to sign up however priority will be given to customers who have not yet received this training.
