Two features in Room Reserve that are gaining popularity are Advanced Costing & Equipment Inventory. Advanced Costing allows for new cost classifications which can be customized to go beyond Profit and Non-Profit; even on a per room basis. Equipment Inventory allows you to set your equipment so that it is not only bookable, but can be tracked just like a room. We will be discussing both of these options in detail, starting with Advanced Costing and then moving on to enabling equipment inventory.

This is an advanced session designed for our existing customers and is for Administrators who will be configuring the rooms and equipment.

Prior to this session someone from the attendee's library should have already setup your Room Reserve system and/or attended a Room Reserve Basic Config & Setup session.

The session will utilize GoTo Meeting web conference software so you'll need a computer with an internet connection, and a phone. If you want a group to attend you'll need to add to that a projector and a good speaker phone. Any new or existing customer is welcome to sign up however priority will be given to customers who have not yet received this training.
