This session will cover the more advanced areas of configuring, and managing Room Reserve for your library or organization. A Q&A session will follow. The session is intended for staff who will be configuring and maintaining the system (Administrators).

Prior to this session you should have already setup your Room Reserve system and/or attended a Room Reserve Basic Config & Setup session.

The session will utilize GoTo Meeting web conference software so you'll need a computer with an internet connection, and a phone. If you want a group to attend you'll need to add to that a projector and a good speaker phone. Any new or existing customer is welcome to sign up however priority will be given to customers who have not yet received this training.
