This session will cover using the Room Reserve system on a daily general user level. It will NOT cover any setup or configuration issues but will focus on patron usage, staff reservation management, and running reports.

Prior to this session someone from the attendee's library should have already setup your Room Reserve system.

The session will utilize GoTo Meeting web conference software so you'll need a computer with an internet connection and a phone. If you want a group to attend you'll need to add to that a projector and a good speaker phone. Any new or existing customer is welcome to sign up however priority will be given to customers who have not yet received any training.
