Welcome to the Frederick County Public Libraries’ new online Winter Reading Club, where you don’t need to venture past the warmth of your own home to read books and share reviews with other adults.
When you sign up, you will automatically be entered to win prizes from our sponsors, such as free books from Tokyopop, tickets to the Geppi Entertainment Museum in Baltimore, and downtown Frederick gift cards.
No reading logs are necessary for this club—just read, review, and relax this winter!
ReviewsReview: Eric Terry Pratchett Harper 1990
A Discworld novel. This book takes place after Sourcery and is focused on the wizard, Rincewind. Loosely based on Faust, a young demonologist conjures a demon, and instead gets Rincewind. Hilarity ensues.
Filled with familiar characters, Eric is a light romp around the world, through time, and other metaphysical areas. And as always, where Rincewind is to be found, the luggage is sure to follow.
