 This program explores the transformation of dining styles from French service where 2-3 broad courses were served family style on the dining room table to service a la Russe Russian service) where diners were served food plated for them in as many as a dozen or more courses. This intricate and complex dining style will be explored by dissecting the last meal served on board the infamous Titanic. Tasting samples will accompany this presentation.
